Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for mentorship bookings, course purchases, and other paid services offered by Data with Soumya.
1. Mentorship Session Refunds
If you are unable to attend a booked mentorship session, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Based on the situation, we may offer rescheduling or a refund at our discretion.
2. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend the session at the scheduled time without prior notice, the session may be treated as completed, and a refund may not be provided.
3. Course Purchase Refunds
Course purchases are generally non-refundable once course access or materials have been shared. If you purchased a course by mistake or did not receive access, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
4. Duplicate or Failed Payments
If money is deducted but your booking or purchase is not confirmed, please contact us with your payment reference ID, email, phone number, and screenshot if available. After verification, we will either confirm the service or initiate a refund where applicable.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be initiated through the payment provider. Refund timelines may depend on Razorpay, banks, UPI, cards, or wallet providers. Normal refunds may take several working days to reflect in the original payment method.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at datawithsoumya@gmail.com with your name, registered email, phone number, payment ID, service purchased, and reason for refund.
