2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process bookings, verify payments, send confirmation emails, create calendar invites, provide course access, respond to your queries, improve our services, and share relevant learning updates.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, net banking, or wallet details on our servers. We only store payment reference details such as order ID, payment ID, payment status, amount, and transaction date for verification and support purposes.

4. Google Calendar and Email

For mentorship bookings, we may create Google Calendar events and Google Meet links using the booking details you provide. We may also send transactional emails such as booking confirmations, payment confirmations, course access updates, and support responses.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers only when required to run our services, such as payment processing, email delivery, calendar invite creation, hosting, analytics, and database storage.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your own email and account credentials safe.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We may retain certain records when required for legal, payment, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.
